Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of completed delivery less cost of delivery plus buyer pays a 20% restocking fee.  Items will need to be shipped back in their original crate/packing material and the buyer assumes full responsibility and absorbs costs for shipping the item back.  Refunds will be processed once the item arrives back in our warehouse.  All freight, delivery and install charges are non-refundable.

Should freight damage occur, Used Fitness Sales will work with you to repair the damage at no cost to you.  In order to do so, damage must be noted on the delivery bill of lading.  If the item is damaged in transport, the same 20% restocking fee and loss of delivery will apply unless approved by Used Fitness Sales.

There are No Refunds on Remanufactured items and customer order products.
